The project consisted of the provision of a new production facility for IPECO at their Southend Airport site. Fully fitted out offices with production space were provided at base build. HWM then went on to complete the machine shop fit out acting as main contractor. Services included mains electrical distribution, power, lighting, fire alarm, data installation, standby generator system, CCTV and access control and lightning protection. Mechanical ventilation to  the offices via heat recovery units, toilet extract ventilation, roof mounted smoke ventilation, compressed air system, reverse osmosis pipework, domestic hot and cold water systems with hot water being produced via a number of gas fired heaters, sanitary ware, above ground drainage, water storage and pump booster sets.
