The project consisted of the addition of a new office block to serve the recently completed BMW pressings plant in Swindon. Services included mains electrical distribution, lighting, power, fire alarm and access control. Heat recovery and general extract mechanical ventilation, domestic water services, sanitary ware and above ground drainage.
