Tony Howard
With more than 30 years’ experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, Tony has a well-earned reputation for successfully running many multi-million-pound projects across the UK. His attention to technical detail is matched by his sharp focus on commercial requirements.
Andy Magraw
Andy has proven expertise in leading major complex projects, with a personable and methodical approach to getting the job done. IOSH qualified, he oversees our Health & Safety responsibilities for the protection of our customers, suppliers and employees.
Tony Wilkinson
A highly skilled design engineer with a knack for thinking outside the box, Tony has more than two decades of industry experience. He leads our multidisciplinary team on large and complex projects. A member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, Tony sits on the CIBSE South West Committee and is a Registered Low Carbon Energy Assessor.
Martina Richt
Martina has in-depth knowledge and experience of financial management systems gained in a number of commercial sectors. She ensures accounting disciplines are applied across our operations, bolstering HWM’s business performance and success.
Our in-house experts
The multidisciplinary team at HWM Building Services includes:
- Design group – Associate Designer (electrical specialist), mechanical and electrical Designer, apprentice Designer (supported at university). We offer apprenticeships and the opportunity to study towards industry recognised qualifications while working alongside experts.
- Contracts managers – specialists in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Estimators – experts in project forecasting and costs control.
