Due for completion December 2012 the project consists of 55 new build luxury apartments, design solutions to accord with planning conditions include district heating utilising biomass boiler plant and Photovoltaics.

HWM are extremely pleased to have secured design and installation services on Block J of this regeneration project for Sentinel Housing Association in Basingstoke. Block J consists of 86 apartments including communal areas and covered parking. All of the apartments will be constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 in this new £5.5m construction.
